Delivery
Restrictions, export and customs: For deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, customs and import duties and/or restrictions may apply according to the regulations of the recipient’s country. The buyer bears any additional costs and is responsible for checking import restrictions for optical products.
- Delivery on business days via courier services. Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days within Serbia (typically), depending on location, availability, and force majeure.
- The delivery cost and any additional service fees (cash on delivery, return) are displayed before order confirmation.
- Delivery may be made in multiple packages if necessary.
Payment
Currency conversion: All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only, calculated using the official mid-exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which is not known to us at the time of transaction. As a result of currency conversion, slight differences from the original price displayed on our website may occur.
When entering card information, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI systems, which represent the most advanced cryptographic technologies currently available. Data security during payment is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade, and the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s platform. At no point are card details accessible to our system.
- Card payment (Visa, MasterCard) through secure payment services (3-D Secure – Visa Secure / Mastercard ID Check).
- Cash on delivery and/or other payment methods if listed on the Website.
Invoice and VAT
NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade is not a VAT payer.
A fiscal invoice is issued in accordance with applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
