These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and private international law rules. If you are a consumer, you retain all statutory consumer protections.

12. Relationship to Other Documents

For matters relating to purchases, the General Terms of Purchase apply. Data processing is regulated by the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
