1. Introduction and Acceptance

These General Terms of Purchase (hereinafter: “Terms”) regulate the online purchase of products of NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade (hereinafter: “Seller”) through the online store at www.bluverra.com and www.bluverra.rs (hereinafter: “Site”). By making a purchase through the Site, you confirm that you are familiar with the Terms and that you accept them.

The controller of personal data and contractual party is NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade (Prizrenska 5/3, 11080, Zemun, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia), PIB 115291743, MB 22138545, reg. БД 78240/2025.

NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade is not a VAT payer.

2. Definitions

“Buyer” is an adult natural person purchasing goods for personal household use (consumer) or a legal entity/entrepreneur. “Product” refers to items displayed on the Site. “Distance contract” is a contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the contracting parties, using exclusively means of remote communication.

3. Prices, Taxes and Promotional Terms

Prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD). Depending on the VAT status of the Seller, the price includes VAT or VAT is not calculated (see note above). Delivery costs and any additional fees are specifically stated before confirming the order.

4. Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion

  1. The Buyer adds the desired products to the cart and enters the requested data.
  2. Before submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
  3. The contract is concluded when the Seller electronically confirms receipt of the order (e-mail confirmation).

5. Payment

Currency conversion: All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). Prices shown in other currencies are for informational purposes only, based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount your payment card will be charged is converted into your local currency according to the rate of card associations, which may differ slightly from the price indicated on our website.

Currency exchange: All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card is calculated through conversion according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your card, conversion may result in a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Payment Security

When entering card information, confidential data is transmitted over the public network in encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI systems, as the most advanced cryptographic technologies available. Payment security is ensured by the card processor Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade, and the entire payment process is executed on the bank’s platform. At no time are card details accessible to our system.

Supported payment methods include: payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard and American Express) via secure payment services (Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check), and other methods clearly specified on the Site. Card payments are processed through CorvusPay d.o.o. via Banca Intesa AD Belgrade; NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade does not store payment card information.

6. Delivery

Delivery limitations, export and customs

We primarily deliver within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. For deliveries outside Serbia, customs duties, taxes and other import charges and restrictions may apply in accordance with the regulations of the recipient's country. The Buyer bears all additional charges and is responsible for checking any import restrictions for optical products.

The invoice is charged upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment processor, in accordance with the rules of card organizations.

Delivery is carried out by courier services within Serbia (and abroad when necessary). The estimated delivery time, delivery costs and limitations (time windows, addresses) are available on the "Shipping & Payment" page. The risk of accidental loss transfers to the Buyer once the shipment is handed over.

7. Conformity, Warranty and Liability

Warranty — typical exclusions

The following conditions are not considered lack of conformity and are not covered by warranty unless they existed at the time of delivery: scratches or signs of use on lenses and/or frame, mechanical damage due to dropping or improper handling, damage caused by inadequate maintenance, unauthorised interventions, and improper lens installation by third parties.

Safety Notices for Product Use

Products with tinted lenses may affect light and color perception. NEURA NIGHT must not be used for driving or operating vehicles. NEURA DEFUSE generally improves the visual experience while driving due to enhanced contrast, but may be used only if it does not impair safe recognition of signals and obstacles. Products are used at your own risk and in accordance with warnings stated in the Legal Notice and on product pages.

NEURA DEFUSE and NEURA NIGHT products are not medical devices nor PPE, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product.

The Seller is responsible for product conformity with the contract for 2 years from delivery (for new goods), in accordance with the law of the Republic of Serbia. If the product is non-conforming, the Buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, under legal conditions.

8. Right of Withdrawal (distance selling)

The Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered into the possession of the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier). In this case, the Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or custom-made (e.g., prescription lenses/glasses tailored to order), nor in other cases provided by law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer may use the Withdrawal Form or send an unambiguous written statement by email. The Seller shall refund the payment no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request, but may withhold the refund until receipt of the returned goods or until proof is provided that the goods have been sent back.

9. Complaints

Complaint submission method
A complaint may be submitted by e-mail, telephone or postal mail. The Seller is obliged to respond to the complaint without delay, no later than within 8 days from the date of receipt, with a proposal and deadline for resolution. The deadline for resolving the complaint must not exceed 15 days. The deadline is suspended until the Buyer responds to the Seller's reply (response deadline: 3 days).

Refunds — by payment method

  1. Card payments (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, Dina)
    In case of returned goods and refund to a Buyer who paid by payment card, partially or in full, regardless of reason, NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade is obliged to make the refund exclusively by cancellation (full or partial) of the original transaction through the relevant card system. Funds are returned to the account of the cardholder; refund in cash or in any other way is not possible.

  2. IPS payments (NBS Instant payments/QR)
    For orders paid by IPS, refunds are made exclusively cashless to the Buyer's current account (typically the same account the payment was made from, or another account owned by the Buyer). If it is technically not possible to automatically identify the payer's account, the Buyer must provide account details. Refund to payment card or in cash is not possible.

  3. Cash-on-delivery payments (COD/courier)
    For orders paid to the courier upon delivery, the refund is made exclusively to the Buyer's current account. Refund in cash, to courier, at retail location, or to a third-party account is not possible.

Note: In all cases, refunds are carried out in accordance with internal procedures and rules of the relevant payment systems and banks.

10. Privacy Protection

On behalf of NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade (bluverra.com), we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic information about customers/users, required for business operations and to inform users in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing quality service. Customers are given the choice, including the option to request removal from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly stored and accessible only to employees who need it for business operations. All employees of NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade (and business partners) are responsible for complying with privacy protection principles.

11. Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted via public network in encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI system as the most advanced cryptographic technology. Payment security is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, therefore the entire payment process is executed on the bank’s pages. At no time are payment card details available to our system.

12. Liability and Force Majeure

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by courier services, internet infrastructure failure, force majeure and similar events, but will undertake reasonable effort to notify the Buyer and minimize consequences.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, photos, logos, graphics) is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

14. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes arising from purchase amicably. The court of competent jurisdiction at the Seller’s registered seat has authority. The consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes before bodies provided by law.
