NEURA DEFUSE (yellow/amber daytime lenses)

  • May be used for driving only if the lenses do not affect your ability to recognize traffic signal colors, and do not reduce visibility in a way that compromises safety.
  • You are solely responsible for checking visual clarity before driving (especially recognition of traffic lights, horizontal/vertical signs, pedestrians, obstacles) in relevant lighting conditions.
  • In low-light conditions (dusk, night, fog, tunnels, rain), NEURA DEFUSE may be used only if it does not impair color perception—this may vary individually.

NEURA NIGHT (red/orange nighttime lenses)

Strict Warning: NEURA NIGHT must not be used while driving motor vehicles or operating any transport method (including bicycles, electric scooters, etc.) as it may significantly reduce visibility and color recognition.

Additional Warnings & Limitations

  • These lenses are not medical devices and are not a replacement for visual correction or treatment. If you have eye conditions, please consult an ophthalmologist/optometrist.
  • Use in specific environments (industrial work, high-risk sports, night shifts, extreme driving conditions) may be unsafe and is not recommended.
  • The user must adhere to all safety laws regarding eyewear with tinted lenses during driving.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages (including injuries, property damage, profit loss etc.) related to or resulting from the use or inability to use products—especially in driving or high-risk scenarios. Lens Installation & Third-Party Responsibility

Cutting, fitting and mounting lenses into frames must be performed only by a qualified optician with proper equipment. NEURAOPTICS d.o.o. Belgrade is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, incorrect adjustments, unsuitable tools, or damage during handling by third parties (including optical stores) or by the user.
